SAS As Broadcaster
Sohail Ahmed Siddiqui, the Writer, Researcher, Talker, VO Artiste and Compeer with
AA category, has earned laurels for Radio Pakistan FM-93 and FM-101, writing and presenting many programmes on various topics; majority of them aired on national hook-up.
SAS-The Most Successful FM Talker (on religion)
* Sohail Ahmed Siddiqui had started his broadcasting career as a radio talker, in 2004CE by delivering his own research-based speeches, in 30 episodes, aired on daily basis, in the Holy Ramadan, by the national FM channel, FM-101. The programme, 'Raushni ke Dareechay' was re-broadcast the following year, and in 2007, too, as a result of superb feedback from the audience. The talent-explorer was senior producer of Radio Pakistan, FM-101 and Voice of America, Mrs. Rabia Akram.
* Later, he was also called to deliver 30 speeches for FM-101, exclusive Ramadan programme, 'Dawat-e-Fikr-o-Amal' in 1429 AH/2008 CE. He accepted the challenge to render fresh episodes for the religious segment and, thus, received appreciation again. This programme was, too, re-broadcast by FM-101, in the Holy Ramadan, 1430AH/2009CE, this time commercially sponsored, and gained more popularity.
* 'Raushni ke Dareechay' has been aired six times, till now: 2004, 2005, 2007, 2011, 2012 and 2016.
* 'Dawat-e-Fikr-o-Amal' has been aired 3 times, till now: 2008, 2009, 2016
* In this way, he has emerged as the most successful FM speaker on religion.
